We usually go to the Carnitas in Menifee, but today we were in Merrieta. Sorry to say that both sites go downhill in taste and quality. Staff could not even find our order much less it not ready!!! My husband said they found our order on their computer, but it was actually a completely different order for a completely different party. He told her what the order should be. Fortunately, I gave my husband the paid reception. Magically did they find it? and said it was immediately prepared and ready in about 10 minutes. 45 minutes later it's FINALLY ready!! In the meantime, I've been waiting for hungry adults and grandchildren at home. That wasn't a big job? 20 tacos and salsa? That's it! There was never an apology. No offer for price adjustment, nothing. My husband said the restaurant was a little busy. But there were empty tables and only 2 parties waited in

The wife had breakfast at night. Eggs were very dried. The service was fast, even though they were overcrowded. If breakfast is offered all day and night, it must be better than this

Place has gone downhill. Service is bad and same with food. No flavor and dry. Owners should eat here and realize del taco has better tasting food.
