Friendly, fast and still hot by the time I got home. Some of the best EPL chicken I've had in many years!

Not bad, considerin' the Temecula location had ran out of Chicken. What? . El Pollo Loco has always been good to me. However, if Chicken is what you do, maybe try and not run out it. Keep on keepin' on guys! 4 stars for the Murrieta location though

I celebrated my graduation today in this gorgeous place. I am glad to say that it was a brilliant evening and the place was surely one of the reasons for this outstanding evening. The team participated in a splendid way, the cuisine was great and my friends were very cheerful. We shall no dout return for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

It is frustrating that the workers never seem to understand English so that you end up sitting on the speaker for 10 minutes repeated and confirm your order several times. Finally I got my tostada and brc burrito. Well, we're gonna pay $15/hr. So worth the hatelings!!!

A great business and very accommodating on short notice... After another local business disappointedly reneged on a large previously called in catering order, this Pollo Loco saved the family event by providing OUTSTANDING, PROMPT, DELICIOUS service. Carrissa personally assisted in expeditiously filling the large order with fresh, tasty and plentiful grub that saved the large get together and on short notice. Thank you!
