Feedback gevenTerrible customer service. The staff at the front were mocking and laughing at me while I was trying to look at the menu. I was really disappointed by their lack of respect and decency. I don’t know what their issue is, but they could really use some basic training on how to treat people. I won't be coming back. The drink was also poorly made. Overall, a completely disappointing experience.
Hello, I visited this morning and was greeted by a tall teenager with brown hair who had quite the attitude. When I attempted to order my smoothie, I faced even more unprofessional behavior. Usually, I don't have any issues with customer service, but today was quite disappointing. I really enjoy the smoothies and the atmosphere, but I can't ignore this kind of attitude. It seems clear that he could use some training in proper customer service. I don't usually write reviews, as I understand that everyone can have an off day, but my experience made me feel so uncomfortable that I felt it was necessary to share.
I just left this restaurant, and it's 8:50 PM. They close at 9 PM, but the doors were already locked. I'm really disappointed.
Thank you for the excellent service and warm smiles. Emmy, the shift lead, was amazing on the evening of September 1, 2023. She kept the store clean and maintained a positive attitude the entire time. I truly appreciate the last-minute smoothies! Thanks again!
The scheduling at this establishment is often unpredictable, with changes occurring only a few days in advance, which leaves us with very little time to rearrange our plans. We've also been informed that we shouldn't expect to have a day off. When we're unable to adapt to these last-minute adjustments, we face penalties due to the managers' inadequate scheduling. Overall, the treatment of staff here is incredibly discouraging, and it seems our contributions are largely overlooked. It's disheartening to realize that in spite of our commitment, we frequently end up being blamed for management's errors. If you decide to visit this Jamba, please remember to be kind to the employees and consider leaving a tip, even though it doesn’t feel like we deserve it here. It really is a disappointing work environment.
