Pizza Factory - Murrieta

This restaurant is a charming mom-and-pop shop. The cashier was incredibly friendly and helpful. I recently moved to the area, and she readily provided me with paper plates and utensils, even offering to assist me to my car! I gave it 4 stars only because the person preparing the pizzas and salads was not wearing a mask, which was concerning. I still recommend this place, and I hope the owner addresses this issue. It’s a fantastic local pizza shop!

The pizza and the ambiance at this place are outstanding. The prices are reasonable, and it reminds me of a restaurant in New York that I adored.

Delivery usually takes about 30 minutes, and since I live a bit farther away in Wildomar, it often takes around 45 minutes, but it's worth the wait for me—there’s simply no alternative that compares. They also have daily specials, and they even stick coupons to the pizza boxes for future orders. Their breadsticks are the classic style, not those greasy, cheese-filled ones that you often find elsewhere, and they're available at a discount until around 3 or 4 PM. Mark, the owner, is an incredibly nice guy as well. I highly recommend giving this Pizza Factory location a try—Domino's doesn't hold a candle to them! Last year, some new neighbors moved in next door from Anaheim, and when they asked for a good pizza recommendation, I pointed them to Pizza Factory. Now they won’t order from anywhere else either! As for Covid precautions, all the delivery drivers who have come to my home have been wearing masks.

First time ever eating cauliflower crust pizza and it was AMAZING!!!!! Omg! Stumbled across this pizza place and it was worth that stumble!!!!

The thin crust pepperoni pizza is excellent! The crust, sauce, cheese and pepperoni are in just the right proportion. This is take out only but there is one table outside the door. Very Good!!
