MORANGO GmbH - Murten

Went there with some local friends many years ago and got pizza without cheese. When we attended the Murten Lights Festival earlier this year we were craving some food and at a time where every inner city restaurant is packed beyond capacity, the location on the other side of the train station assured we actually got a seat thereReturning after so many years I was very surprised to find they actually had vegan options. I'd say vegan cheese is overall still a work in progress, so it's not perfect, but it satisfies the greasy desires when eating pizza that a pizza without cheese simply doesn't. I'm deducing one star because I simply don't think it should cost 4.50 more to change the cheese and dough.

While the location is not ideal quite a bit away from the tourist areas of Murten the pizza is quite nice. I think they use the same cheeze as Dieci does elsewhere, which tastes okay sticks to your teeth. I therefore recommend you have something else on your pizza, too, like in pizza verdura. The deliver, too.

Excellent place. Pizza was very tasty, with a lot of ingredients. Also prices were quite low, comparing to another restaurants.
