I spent my 4 years of B.tech life in Dr. M.G.R University, Chennai.... Beside the college there was a bakery shop called Cakes Pies.... I just loved the Cakes and Faluda Ice Cream of this place....Being a student from 2011-2015, we used to visit places which were budget friendly... And this place was pocket friendly which embarked our regular visits to this awesomely amazing place.... We used to order black forest, white forest and chocolate truffle....It was our only destination for every birthday cake orders... Having left Chennai for 3 years from now..... I still miss the aroma of cake of this place.... Just wish to visit this place once again....

One of the best cake shops in the surrounding. Their brownies and choco lava are the best. The softness and the texture is just perfect and the amount of chocolatiness will take you back no matter what. Also, it is super affordable and the cakes are amazing. Would totally recommend this place.

Visited this place one Friday evening for some quick bites. A typical on the go eatery, so nothing much to mention about the ambience.<br/ <br/ Ordered a Chicken supreme from the snack display and two slices of pastry one being red velvet and the other being mango.<br/ The Chicken supreme was delicious but the cakes were just about average.<br/ Red velvet, inspite of being priced comparatively higher than the other flavours on display, was quite disappointing.<br/ The mango flavour was good but the cake was too dry.<br/ <br/ Pricing is quite pocket friendly and there's a huge variety to choose from and to try, be it the cakes, pastries, beverages or the snacks.

If I use bypass to enter city during 4pm to 5 my snacks stop will be at cakes pie ..<br/ Often I use to order German Black Forest if not any mousse cake ,chicken puffs <br/ <br/ Fresh cream cakes are epic every item listed in menu card is available
