Customer satisfaction is very good but it has only limited flavours. If it adds more flavors then it will be more better than it is now. I would really love to see new flavours in their list of Cakes...!! But it's the best ice cream and ice cake destination.!!!

Service-GoodAmbience-This branch has a small place though can only accomodate less than 10Price as its calculated on gram basis and yu have to pay only for what you eat which is actually good!Ice cream lovers must try

I jkust love the ice cream cakes around ibaco outlets throught tamilnadu ive tried 4 outlets including chennai's tiurnelveli and tuticorin they are great

It's a review about icecream cake!!<br/ <br/ I and my friends just want to cool ourselves with ibaco delights ,so we bought CHOCO CARAMEL WALTZ. While serving, waiter asked us to wait for 10 minutes for the icecream cake to defrost. Seriously it's very hard to take a view of such a good looking serve. But we waited for more than 15minutes, the icecream cake didn't come to normal consistency. Taste was good,with choclataly flavor blended with caramel.Bites of pralines and chocolates strands gives a punch to our taste buds.We finished off the entire cake and became icecream high for few minutes.<br/ <br/ Thought icecream was delicious I'll rate them only 3.5,coz the normal pricing the icecream(scoops) served was high. The display as 100 grams of icecream is Rs75/ but I'm pretty sure cost for two will be around 500 bucks and not 150bucks.<br/ <br/ The small size icecream cake was Rs549/ it was a quiet reasonable fare and it can serve 4 5persons.The temperature maintained for these cakes will be fine for takeaway orders,but if you dinning immediately then you should find some means to defrost them fast.

It is a great place for ice cream. It's ice cream cakes are amazing and worth trying. They have various toppings as well. Ambiance and service are good.WORTH TRYING.
