Degen Estate - Muswellbrook

Had a wonderful experience in Degen in June 2021. It is too bad that some reviews give 1 star because they were given false information (possibly via a third party)? about bookings and then not able to visit. My husband returns every year because he and his group love it. A booking is required. Leave all reviews of people who have booked and went there to speak. It is a very special wine tasting experience.

Absolutely the best winery you will visit. Best quality of wine. Best experience with some beautiful cheese cracker and chocolate paring $15 tasting fee you do not pay if you buy a bottle, and you will absolutely the best! Authentic, beautiful!

We had an amazing experience. Our group of 7 had no booking, but we need it in time and they were able to put us immediately, the host was nice and very knowledgeable would definitely recommend that the hunter visits. Thanks again!

We visited many wineries on our trip to the Hunter Valley and that was our favorite! A beautiful place and the tasting experience is so beautiful. You feel part of the family and you will not be disappointed. Will definitely be back to visit when I'm in the area!

This is the second time I have visited this vineyard and it was a stand out on both occasions. The wine is divine, the family is incredibly hospitable, and the spread to accompany the wine tasting was delicious (think salmon, trout, prosciutto, chocolates, cheese etc. . The experience was on-par with the members-experience at some of the other vineyards, despite us not being members of Degen (although we are now considering it! . Thanks again.
