Carenow Urgent Care Myrtle Beach

I was able to schedule a reservation even when the restaurant was closed. I got a text to come in 20 minutes after they opened. The service seemed a bit slow, and we had to wait around 40 minutes once we arrived. However, the staff was very friendly and our server, Heather, was outstanding. We were happy with their recommendations and didn't feel rushed at all. Overall, it was a wonderful experience during our vacation.

I would strongly recommend this urgent care facility! when I called to visit about the little busy time, she recommended I go online to register. this was an extremely efficient process and saved me time when I arrived in the facility. I was checked immediately after the entry and shortly afterwards put into a room. they passed a X-ray beam and I was quickly diagnosed. the entire staff was very friendly and professional during my appointment. I would not hesitate to visit in the future if I had a medical need.

First visit in carenow. was greeted by the receptor and immediately provided with formulas that were easy to understand and fill out. the waiting period was less than 30 minutes, which was considered to be untenable as this was a walk in the facility. was processed by a nurse in a clean, modern treatment room and shortly afterwards visited by a pleasant doctor who was familiar with the recordings previously recorded by the nurse before entering. he was very professional and cared and diagnosed my condition to my satisfaction. if it ever were necessary again, it would not hesitate.

I had an excellent experience at this place! only on Monday morning I went through the online process to arrange an appointment, and saved me a long wait time in the office. the website worked well and I had many options for termins. filling out the online paperwork was easy and saved a lot of time as soon as I was on site. I asked for an app from 9 o'clock and received a text before 10:30 o'clock to not get bad for a Monday morning! the staff was friendly, offices were clean. It was time to listen and explain everything to me. very satisfied overall!

Dr Campbell is awesome. Such a sweet lady and really cares. I was there 2 weeks ago and came for a different problem today. She remembered everything from my last visit and asked me about it. She makes you feel very heard and comfortable. My only complaint is that they don’t take patients like beach urgent care used to do. I would love for her to be my primary care.
