Chili's Grill - Myrtle Beach

Great restaurant! The service was a bit slow, but it seems they're dealing with staffing shortages like many places these days. I don't hold that against them.

Even though it was almost closing time, they welcomed us in and took great care in preparing our food.

We ordered the 3-course meal, and I thought it was fantastic! It was definitely worth the price, and the waitress was very friendly.

We have been to many chilis and this by far was the cleanest, nicest and friendliest wait staff. We sat at the bar and the two girls working the bar on the Friday night we were in were hustling around and didn’t miss a step. They complimented each other well and worked great together. I was impressed by the whole experience. We will be dining back here for sure. Props to those two girls!

Wow, this place has gone downhill lately. The server while polite was very non attentive. Did the minimum to take our order. Only came to ask if we needed anything just once after our food finally arrived. I asked for some mayo that while he said he'd be right back with it never came. We didn't see him again until we were ready to leave. The triple dip appetizer while not entirely bad had a bunch of stale chips until we got some fresh ones and the salsa was really salty. The white queso and guac were pretty tasty though. Both mine and my wife's burgers took a while to come out and both were well done when we asked for medium and medium rare. The fries while there was a good amount were barely cooked and not crispy what so ever. If I wanted potatoes I would have ordered a potato. Not sure what has happened lately but I was extremely disappointed. The usual Old Timer Burger I always get was nowhere near what I expected. It used to be one of the best around for a good price.
