Logan's Roadhouse - Myrtle Beach

Dinner was excellent, and the atmosphere was nice. The service was excellent as well.

Let me start by saying, we love Logan's.. or at least the one in Summerville. The food at this location was a bit off from the start. Service was hit and miss. The young lady we had was personable and she tried to keep up. Her lack of knowledge of the menu and options created an issue ordering that required the manager to intervene after we were charged for two items we weren't supposed to be charged for. The manager did remove it but it took more discussion that should have been to have it taken care of. The soup was undercooked and bland, the steak and salad was good but not great. Basically an ok location but not up to the standards we are accustomed to from Logan's and their competitors.

Hamburger Steak with onions and mushroom gravy, salad and yeast roll, loaded baked potato was AWESOME! Service excellent

Recently my family from NJ had our annual reunion and we all chose to go to Logans as that seemed to be the popular choice. As always our service was wonderful but I would like to give our waitress Jackie a shout out. Being a table of 10 one would expect to have some type of problems. I can honestly say I was amazed how attentive she was to my family. Thank you Jackie for the nice memories I shared with my family thanks to you!
