Mad Myrtle's Ice Creamery

This is the best ice cream we’ve had in Myrtle Beach! My wife absolutely loved the Cake Batter flavor, and the Homemade Vanilla is incredible. We’ll definitely be coming back one more time before we head out!

I wouldn't even rate this place with one star! I ordered two milkshakes and a waffle cone. The staff member was very rude when I couldn't understand his questions. My autistic child wanted the waffle cone ice cream, and he accidentally dropped it while waiting for the milkshakes. The staff only offered a cup to put the ice cream in after it had already fallen on the dirty floor, and they refused to replace it, making me pay for another one instead. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone!

The ice cream sandwich was delicious, but the prices are aligned with what you'd expect in a tourist area, which isn't surprising.
