This is the worst place to rent a golf cart. Within 40 minutes, our cart's basket was torn, even though it was electric. They still charged us $160.00. I will never do business with them again.

At "Happy Scooters," the owner may be named "Happy," but his demeanor is quite the opposite. He is rude to both employees and customers in the area. If anyone is looking to rent a golf cart, there are two other vendors on the same street who would be more than willing to assist.

The family who owns this restaurant is very nice. I arrived about half an hour late, returned the golf cart empty on fuel, and they were still gracious. I paid for the gas and they were very understanding. Overall, it was a great experience and a wonderful place to do business.
