I recently ordered from Hot Rod Diner for the first time, and I will definitely be returning. The chicken fried steak was nearly as large as those from Cathy's Kitchen or Fat Harvey's. I've sampled chicken fried steak from 14 different restaurants, spanning from Glendale to Rice Hill to Glide, and so far, Hot Rod Diner has come out on top in my quest for the best chicken fried steak in the area. I ordered two chicken fried steak breakfasts along with two biscuit and gravy meals, and everything was excellent. The service was for takeout.
