Avoid ordering from this outlet. They deliver late, cold pizzas, don't value or acknowledge the service gaurantee and you get a rude response when you complain. Guest services is a waste of time. You keep sending emails and there are just auto replies. Dominos you are losing customers due to this branch.
The restaurant delivers late after 1.5 hours and cold pizzas. When I raise a concern, the manager calls after 1 hr at 9.30 pm expecting us to stay starved and return his cold pizza for refund. No concern for customers and no regrets for poor service on their side. The worst part is they close the concerns raised without even talking to you and don't want to take any feedback. Avoid this store and try other vendors. The guest services email id is fake. It keeps sending you emails assuring someone will contact you but no one does. It's a trick by dominos to fool customers Guest services- I have sent you multiple emails already. You see so many people have complained about this store. What action have you taken as franchise owner? You are losing your brand.
The worst services provided by this outlet , very careless of delivering the order .it's been 4th time since I'm experiencing these kind of attitude from Domino's , it would be better if we order from pizza Hut. I don't know who is the manager and being so careless of these things. He needs to be trained and even his staffs . Please close this outlet which is of no use in providing services.
Though the pizzas are good but the side dish/snacks can be better its very soggy and over fried
