Rosati's - N Main St, Crown Point

Awesome pizza! For me, it's the best pizza in NWI. it's a little busy and loud on a Friday night, so wait time is a little longer, which is to be expected. But any other day or night the service is fast, courteous, and with the amazing food that makes it one of my favorite places to eat!

Well the server gave us an empty bottle of ketchup and since she didn't come by very often I had to track down a different service to get another bottle of ketchup. Food was very good, service might stop me from going back, can't speak for the other person that went with. Oh we went right when they opened so ya they weren't that busy.

Had a minor slip up on my end and staff there helped me so much. Wonderful food and service. 10/10 would recommend!

I try really hard not to write a negative review, but this place is a joke. The 2 stars are because the building is nice. However, everything else is basically like McDonalds or Burger King with less quality control. I didn't realize Rosati's was so big they have their salad dressings in sealed cups for cost control, you have to mix your own salad as they plop each ingredient in one spot because it's easy. All of the sauces for my cold wings were in pre-packaged containers. They never did deliver an extra dressing or the blue cheese for my wings. One person brings stuff out, but another must order it...On and on. Very clearly a franchise set up to really only make pizza.This is not my first time. We order from the Rosatis in St John all the time. Here, don't be fooled. This is not a legitimate restaurant as much as it looks like one. It's no different than any other fast food chain with the exception of serving liquor and beer. We won't be back.
