Golden Chick - N. McAllen

Dive thru is not that great, some people at the drive thru talk to fast and you can not even understand what they are saying.

I recommend the fish. But everything on the menu is good.

It's amazing how they never give you what you want. They only tell you they have what they want to give you. But they don't tell you that till after you pay. Kind of sad never going back. The manager with long hair super cool guy the rest really poor service. Crappy part is they had given me my drink then after I asked for my money back they actually took the drink from me... never mind the inconvenience. ???

I used to love golden chick for their(still amazimg chicken). Now they have been promoting shrimp which I'm severely allergic too. I can't order the greatest chicken anymore cause it gets dipped in the same fryers as the shrimp. As astounding as a restaurant as it used to be, they should change its name to the golden shrimp.

As always, great food and made to order at this Golden Chick. Manager is a great person and leads by example. I saw him emptying trash bins last time we visited. Great work ethic at this place and excellent food.
