Feedback gevenDrive tru so can't say how it was inside. Pretty long Q, moved fairly well. Big Mac was almost cold when we got it, fries though were fresh and hot and tasty. Quicker service and fresher burgers had on previous visits.
It was very clean there food OK but unfortunately there are not everything like here in Germany
Worst mcdonalds in the country by far, FILTHY at all times managers DO NOT CARE, the manager with the top-knot hairstyle spends more time acting the bollix then she does her actual job laughs in customers faces and literally doesn't manage the staff for a second, add that to the fact you could get piping hot food and somehow it still tastes awful shouldn't all mcdonalds sever the same tasting food something is not right with this place and clearly no one cares
Reluctantly agreed to stop off at McDonalds, Monread , Naas on Fri 3rd June on the way home from an extremely long hospital appointment in Dublin for a quick bite. The reason I put the word “reluctantly” at the start of this post is because I’ve never yet been to this particular restaurant when it didn’t disappoint. On this occasion it didn’t fail either to outdo itself in the level of disappointment, chaos and pure mismanagement. On arriving at McDonalds, Monread I was met at the door by an extremely flushed and clearly stressful employee staying that the restaurant was closed due to a systems error, i e orders could not be put through the system. The place was in turmoil with people queing to receive their already placed and paid for orders. Being a bank holiday Friday there were lots of families out with kids/ grandparents for dinner. Alas no food was provided and the chaos ensued. Lots of people left in disbelief and frustration vowing never to return. And to cap it all off, one of the managers tried to divert blame for the whole sorry incident saying that it was nothing to do with them... the same incident happened last week and the IT team were supposed to fix it.! McDonalds at Monread Naas you seriously need to review your operations. You have consistently managed to disapppint, loose custom, and evidently haven’t the cop on to learn from past mistakes. Here’s one customer (no doubt along with countless others) you won’t bee seeing again.
Waitied 35 mins for cold food, tea overflowing in cup on to tray. Que of people complaining over the same issue and many refunds issued.
