Dunkin' - Nacogdoches

They are definitely short-circuited today, but that didn't affect the workers... they were quiet and collected and delivered exquisite customer service. They showed patience with someone who didn't know what they wanted, needed a drink that wasn't loaded with sugar, wanted more milk after the drink was made, and they even offered me an icy latte in the house, because it wasn't available when I first came there and that's what I originally wanted. Very sweet workers

We went there for the 31 flavors ice cream. Service was great. Place was clean and the girl at the counter was very nice and helpful.

I tried to like this Dunkin, I really did. I went here about a month ago and ordered a unicorn creature creation. It came in a tiny kids size cup without the face, and no headband. We called and the manager did make it right. He gave us 2 free ones the next time we came. Today I went by to order an iced latte. It came with no whipped cream or sauce like the picture shows. I love the whipped cream and look forward to it! I even asked and the lady basically just said it was correct. Don't really think I want to return to this location if they can't make the items correctly.

What do you say to a jelly donut with NO jellY? I don’t know. I think I will let you be the judge. My husband order munchkins specifically asked for no powder munchkins…. But got 5 and no jelly munchkins. Again NO Jelly . Ugh!

I ordered a cake in which they failed to complete. The manager was very rude and brushed me off. She later tries to come outside and offer to make the cake, but I just wanted my money back. She goes inside and attempted to talk about me to her supervisor and when my mother addressed it she yelled out that my mother had a gun and called the police. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY FOR USING RACE BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHAME ON THE TWO BLACK MEN THAT WORK THERE AND DID NOTHING WHEN SHE DID THAT. I will never go to a Dunkin ever in my life.
