Shipley Do-nuts - Nacogdoches

Since we moved from Houston to way northern of Texas it’s been awhile since we’ve had Shipley’s. Oh they are so good. Just the mention of its name makes my mouth water. And now they have Latte’s?!!! Wow, got to try some for next time. They have a variety of flavors. (In Nacogduches, Tx)

We’re back in Nacogdoches for a couple of days after moving away a few years ago. One of the things we looked forward to was having Shipley’s donuts for breakfast. I went and picked up some this morning and got extras for our trip back home. They were so bad we just left them in our hotel room.

Best doughnut shop ever! The big filled doughnuts were bursting with filling. The chocolate dough is wonderful. They offer a variety of smoothies (taro! as well as coffee, cocoa and soft drinks. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is shiny and spotless.

A classic that’s been in nac for decades. A lot of things have evolved, and they have prevailed.
