Worst dining experience to-date. We randomly chose this place to celebrate my in-laws ' anniversary because the other restaurant we wanted was full.So many issues with the service.1. The menu they gave us had all the prices covered, so you don 't know how much your paying for. I had to ask for a menu with the prices shown, but even then, some were still covered.2. We were told that food would be served in about 20-30 mins. After nearly an hour of waiting, food still wasn 't ready and no one bothered to update us.3. Then comes Mr. Waiter telling us the appetizer is not available. Thirty minutes or more into the waiting time. Imagine. This should have been discovered the first few minutes upon relaying the order to the kitchen staff. But no. All we got was an apology, as to whether it felt sincere, that 's another story.4. When no one came to update us about our order, and all tables except for one was already empty, I begrudgingly went to the bar/counter to ask for an update on our order. They said it was on the way, so a few minutes after, two main courses came out.5. Rice was nowhere to be found. We have two dishes getting cold, or rather already cold, from sitting there on the table as we waited for the rice, which was supposed to come first!6. Nobody, again, bothered to update us. So, yet again, I went to the counter, to ask where the rice is. That 's when they told me the rice was still being cooked and that it will be out in a bit because apparently, THEY RAN OUT OF RICE. What the friggin fudge. Imagine, you have no foresight to check whether you 're running out of your main supplies.7. I asked what happened. Why is their service so poor tonight, why didn 't they send even one person to constantly update us on what 's happening. All I heard was apologies, but they 're not even that convincing. I asked what they can do about thw situation to make us feel better when we 're supposed to be celebrating an anniversary. At first, the girl I spoke to (who after a while I found out was the supervisor), was hesitant to give me any pampalubag loob but I explained how important this day was supposed to be. I left the counter without getting any form of bawi from them.8. They finally managed to serve us the items just when my in-laws were absolutely ready to leave, but seeing that the food was being served and we 're not heartless people, we decided to just dine there. We were given a complimentary salad, so I guess that 's something.9. Portions were generous and taste would have been great, but what we experienced was just overwhelming.10. The other girl I talked to said they were short-staffed but I think it 's poor management. They had no protocols in place that would have made damage control easier for them.I do hope the management really improves their guidelines about customer service moving forward.I don 't think we 'll eat here again though. Sayang.
Honest review langpinangat was delicious. except that i found a dead mosquito on it. (hnd nako nag reklamo kase magagalit asawa ko) but i really found one.matagal din maserve ang food,the time na nag request ako ng bill out, sa kabilang table nagbigay ng bill, habang kumakain sila. knowing na madami nman staff pero mabagal at nagkakamali pa.nauna din maiserve ung food ng kabilang table na mas nauna kami dumating kesa sakanila at lalong mas nauna ako mag order sakanila.hnd nlng ako nag salita abt it kc iniisip ko baka special masyado preparation ng foods ko. and then hnd ako nasatisfy sa food.matigas din ang rice. i was expecting a good quality rice for their price. ayun lang.please improve ng konti.. instagrammable lang ang food.
