Cocochouchou - Nagano

A fine Vegan bakery, We loved it. Offers cookies, raw cakes, chocolate and the glorious Christmas cake. The chocolate is to die for. This place is entirely Vegan and gluten free. Updated from previous review on 2022-12-22

We spent four days in Nagano prefecture for my husband's birthday, and we stopped by CocoChouChou to pick up some cake on the actual day of his birthday. I had hoped that there'd be more varieties of cake, but unfortunately all they had were raw cheesecake slices. I assume their normal sized cakes are to order only. We picked up three kinds strawberry, matcha azuki, and mango. They were quite small, but the flavor of each of them was superb!
