Yakitoritorimasa Ebisumachiten

Maybe I just don't know better because yakitori in America is not so good in the regular, but I stopped on this place on a Saturday night on vacation and it was great. chicken spears are salty (and wonderful) personal is really friendly and very courteous for English speakers. the menu is in English, but also the uncooked chicken is behind glass around the bar, so they can simply show and they will cook it and serve it. at least really friendly people, great environment, not too crowded (at 10:00 pm lol,) and one of my favorite meals. highly recommended!

Very reasonably priced yakitori. Service is quick and the food is tasty. We were able to walk in without a reservation as soon as it opened but it filled up quite quickly afterwards, so best to come early if you’re hoping to walk in. Otherwise it seems best to make a reservation in advance.

We had a good experience here. They have an English menu, and some of the staff spoke English. After we ordered an item, you could watch the chef grill it in the center of the room. Our favorite choices were the miso pork belly, miso beef tongue, pork belly with small onions, squid, and the vegetables. They are all seasoned well. A few of the items had run out by the time we got to the restaurant (around 20:00), and others ran out while we were there. That was the most disappointing part. I had especially wanted the chicken with leek, chicken heart, and chicken thighs, but all were unavailable. Additionally, some of the items took a long time to be put on the grill, and we almost forgot if we were still waiting for something we ordered. But, overall, the food was delicious and the staff was polite and helpful, so we can overlook the disappointing aspects. Next time, we will come earlier in the evening.
