Taco Bell - Nags Head

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. As a local, I went through the drive-thru only to find out that Taco Bell was closed due to staffing issues. I understand the staffing issue, but then I ordered from KFC and they were out of fries. How does a fast food place run out of fries? The chicken tenders I ordered were clearly cooked earlier in the day and were cold and tasted terrible. I ended up throwing them in the trash. It was a complete waste of my money.

I will not be returning to this restaurant after being asked for a tip at the drive-thru, waiting 18 minutes in line, and having our order incorrect. It made me feel uncomfortable and left a negative impression.

Despite being understaffed, the restaurant was still able to efficiently serve all customers. Thank you for the great service and the delicious chicken! It felt like enjoying chicken at the beach!

My meal was pretty good. Got chicken finger box meal. Fries not as hot as I would have liked. Menu stated my meal came with 2 sauces but after I took my meal to a table I realized I didn't have any sauces so went back to counter to ask and they got themfor me.

I am a fan of their simple tacos. There's nothing I love more than a soft beef taco or steak taco with nothing but cheese on it. They are cheap and absolutely delicious. And one cannot complain about the prices either. The service is pretty decent, drivethrough is always on point. But I prefer to go inside to grab my food if there's a line in the Drive-Thru because it seems to bequicker.
