I recently visited Java House Capital Center, and I must say it was an outstanding experience! The usual Java experience. I however feel like we've lost the old Java where you would be surprised by the overall experience. Standardisation is very good but also has the opposite effect of making one not expect too much. Is there room for a wonderful surprise at Java anymore?

Orders takes really long and the serving crew do not concentrate with clients. Was served without cutlery and I had to wait for 20min for the crew who had taken up other orders from customers.

Customer service was excellent. I ordered cappuccino with almond milk, didn't like the taste. Will stick with regular one.
