Zvezda Dolinska - Nalchik

The lamb's back was brought out after more than 30 minutes, and it was only lukewarm, with a rare doneness that might have been intentional, but perhaps they just didn't have enough coals. It seemed like they cooked it and then forgot about it. The sauce was also forgotten and wasn’t served until after we had already eaten half the meat. If I were the owner, I would replace the waitstaff without hesitation; their service time is significantly longer than at neighboring establishments. The place has potential, but they are ruining it. I definitely won't be coming back here. The live music is decent, but the service is practically non-existent.

This restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere. The dishes are all exquisite. The service is top-notch. We celebrated a wedding here, and we loved everything.

We visited while on vacation to celebrate a birthday, and we really enjoyed it! The food was delicious, and there are separate tables that resemble gazebos, as well as air-conditioned enclosed areas. The live music added to the atmosphere, and there was even a small waterfall. The service from the waitstaff was excellent, and we compared the prices with those in Moscow and St. Petersburg. If we ever find ourselves in Nalchik again, we will definitely return!
