Nala - Nāmakkal

The items are very good in taste but service is very very very bad. I never seen this level of customer service. Every one has such kind of attitude level were they are treating like we are working for them. They are doing this because this is only restaurant were we have good food and there is no competition. So management is not looking on this since this is an issue for so many years.

I know this restaurant from childhood. It's a sub-branch of 5-Star hotel in namakkal. So taste will be in 5-Star range. Seriously I haven't got this taste even in Bangalore. Best Restaurant for Veg and Non-Veg lovers. Hygienic and on time good service. Must try: Chicken lollypop. Finger fish, Dragon chicken. Good and romantic environment for Dine in.

A good and compact hotel which serves delicious food. Located at the heart of the city just opposite to the busstand. The service takes a bit of time. You can get the best tandoori chicken in namakkal here.

One cannot wait in the hotel to give order for 20+ minutes and still no one at the table to take order. Losing its trust n the name n fame.

Tried Chicken clear soup, Egg biriyani and Chicken biriyani from this restaurant. Chicken clear soup was good, Biriyani ok. Little bit costly.
