Recently, I ordered a pizza that was missing a topping, so I politely asked the staff to fix the mistake. Unfortunately, this was not the first time my order had been incorrect. The franchise owner then provided me with the correct pizza, but displayed unprofessional and passive-aggressive behavior, expressing displeasure at having to remake the pizza. He even threatened to cancel all future deliveries to my address and deny my business. This behavior is unacceptable and goes against the customer satisfaction standards upheld by Domino's. As a Domino's employee myself, I am shocked by the owner's lack of care and respect for customers. If this is how the franchise owner chooses to treat loyal customers, it raises questions about why anyone would continue to support such a business. I can only imagine how he must treat his staff in the kitchen if this is how he treats customers.
Thought I would take a change from Eagle Boys (just around the corner). Very disappointed with the size of the large pizza fitted on a side plate at home. Fillings were OK, but not good value compared to the Eagle
We were very pleased with our pizzas. The toppings and sauce have been improved, with much more of everything now. The choices were much better than before.
We stopped by a pizza place while visiting family and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and quick service. We ordered from a young man named Sol who was very efficient. The pizza was hot, tasty, and much better than what we are used to in the United Kingdom. The menu selection was also better.
After having mucked up during online ordering due to computer problems and without own fault. the franchisee offered a generous discount on my order. we order here regularly and will continue. as they can see, they are proud of customer service and customer satisfaction. thanks dominos nambour.
