I really don’t see how serving bone-in chicken is a suitable option as the only protein for a taco bar. During our catered lunch today, when the plastic utensils didn’t work out, I was left with no choice but to tear the chicken apart with my hands to make my tacos. In the future, please either shred the chicken or offer an alternative meat option.
