However, there is one drawback: we usually have to wait quite a while for our food, which is something we’ve come to expect. It's not uncommon to wait 30 to 45 minutes for our sushi, and I've seen people leave out of frustration due to the long wait times. I usually order the miso soup, which comes out fairly quickly, so at least I have something to snack on while we wait for the main dishes. As for the restaurant itself, it could use some improvements in cleanliness. Sometimes there’s food on the floor, or the surfaces can be sticky from soy sauce. We've noticed food wedged between the walls and benches, and the blinds seem to be covered in what I assume is soy sauce. That said, the delicious food keeps us coming back. There’s truly something for everyone here. Even people who claim to dislike sushi often fall in love with the Kaun roll. Personally, I’m a fan of the tuna and avocado, so the Olo nigiri is my favorite!

The dining atmosphere is incredibly relaxed, and I always have a fantastic experience here—definitely a 10/10! I absolutely love I0U Sushi!

If you're a sushi lover, this place is incredible! I stopped by for lunch, and the chef prepared a Spicy Tuna Roll, Upside Down Shrimp, Lodup, Olo, and a Volcano Roll (which isn't even on the menu). I couldn't get enough; everything was so delicious. They offer an all-you-can-eat Adult Lunch for just $19. I can't wait to return!

I'm not sure how this place has only 3.5 starts... By far my favorite sushi restaurant in the Treasure Valley! Super delightful sushi, always leaving my taste buds singing and wanting more! The staff is fun and energetic! Worth every penny!
