Starbucks - Nampa

They're always on top of their game, and the drive-thru staff is incredibly kind. Even when it's 23 degrees outside, they still ask how I’m doing!

The only sugar-free syrup they offer is vanilla. Dutch Bros has an excellent selection of sugar-free options, whereas Starbucks doesn't. I won't be coming back.

The place was very busy, but the staff at the window was kind and not at all frazzled. I enjoyed my first pumpkin cream cold brew of the season, and the 12th Avenue Starbucks consistently delivers exactly what you’re looking for. It was an outstanding coffee experience, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff.

I visited this location at 6:42 AM on July 22, 2022. The older woman with blonde hair and a high-pitched voice seemed irritated by my order for a venti iced dirty chai with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. When I pulled up to the window and paid with cash, she asked, "Did you know that if you pay with the app, you earn more rewards?" I replied that I was aware but had chosen to pay with cash that day. I attempted to show her my phone to scan for rewards, but she ignored me, handed me my drink, and overcharged me. Before I could say anything else or ask for a straw, she had already started assisting the next customer via her headset. While older generations often criticize younger people for lacking respect and having a poor work ethic, her behavior only reinforced negative stereotypes about her own generation. I really hope I don’t have to encounter her again.

Wow! The young man in charge was simply outstanding! He was friendly, accommodating, and had a constant smile on his face. I was genuinely impressed and grateful for his willingness to help fix my mistake. On May 8th at 6 PM, I mistakenly ordered and paid for the wrong location. However, this young man took the initiative and swiftly prepared our four drinks and egg bites so we could make it to ball practice. What exceptional customer service and leadership! I can't recommend him highly enough!
