Feedback gevenI understand it was late, but I would expect the manager who served the fries to at least provide some fresh ones before serving them. Nothing is worse than cold, waxy fries when you’re just looking for a quick snack.
The manager was incredibly rude and yelled at a customer who had entered from the wrong direction before the dunes. This created an awkward scene in front of everyone, and several patrons commented on how rude it was. I am seriously considering whether I want to return to what was once my favorite restaurant, especially after such an unpleasant experience. The manager's behavior left a negative impression on me. I hope she sees this and makes an effort to be more friendly, or perhaps they could have someone more courteous manage the customers!
We had an unfortunate experience at this restaurant. We ordered food that turned out to be the worst we've ever had, and we spent nearly $30 for the three of us. The fries were soggy and tasted boiled, the cheese on our sandwiches was barely melted, and the edges of the sandwiches were tough. I tried to speak with the manager about the issues, but when I called, Hailey, who answered the phone, could only offer an apology. I asked several times to speak with the owner or manager but received no response before she hung up on me. I definitely will not be returning to this place, and I plan to contact the proper management.
It's such a pleasure to discover a restaurant that truly delivers on its promises. The Load at 424 12th Ave. in Nampa, Idaho, is undoubtedly a fantastic and impeccably clean establishment, complete with a friendly and welcoming staff. Thank you for being genuine!
The restaurant is fast and clean, and the staff appears to be attentive overall. Unfortunately, they seem to overlook some significant issues, such as mold on the food. I politely pointed out mold on my burger bun and they replaced it for me. I also ordered a baked potato, but I didn't open it until I got home, where I discovered mold on it as well. Initially, I thought it was just dried bacon grease, but after warming it up, I realized it was mold. I ended up discarding it and was quite disappointed.
