Delicious food at a reasonable price. Great place for the fresh ingredients and fast service. Forgot to take pictures! Also, take out was in compostable or recyclable packaging. A bonus.

Vegan Option: Yes<br/ <br/ I eat here a lot because they've got lots of vegetarian options and are vegan friendly, but honestly, the food is just OK. They get points for their salsa, which is great, but the rice and beans etc usually lacks spice. It's also very expensive for what I would consider to be fast-food quality food. I found no difference between my del jardin burrito at the restaurant and the one at the fast food location. They could really use some more spice options and perhaps try making their food a little more affordable, after all, how much is some rice and beans really worth? It's one of the cheapest foods out there...

Friendly place to come grab food. The cashiers engage in conversation and go the extra mile. I enjoyed this fresh food take out on Terminal Ave for the last 3 years

This is where my wife and I go when we don't feel like cooking and it's Saturday night and it's a long wait to go to a sit-down restaurant so we swing by Baby Salsa Express and go sit by the water with our dinner. And since it's consistently good food and fast friendly service it's an excellent choice. My most recent visit I was greeted by a sign saying all take-out containers (excluding foil of which I had none) are compostable! How fantastic is that?
