Mcdonald's - Nanaimo

The service was exceptional, the staff was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I truly enjoyed the kitchen and the wonderful culinary experience! In many ways, the job of a critic is straightforward. We have little to lose and are in a position to evaluate those who present their craft and themselves for our assessment. We often lean towards negative criticism for the entertainment it provides, both in writing and reading it.

This McDonald's is fantastic. I really appreciate how responsive and user-friendly the new self-order kiosks are. The staff is quick and helpful, making the experience even better. I also like that this location is welcoming to high school students and provides opportunities for them. The service is efficient and attentive. Overall, this is a great food chain that I would highly recommend to everyone.

It might sound a bit wild, but my son insists that they have the best chicken nuggets (or "nuggies," as he calls them). I have to say, they are tasty, although I suspect they’re quite similar to others. What really makes this McDonald's stand out is the plenty of parking, fast service, and a welcoming staff. Great job, McDonald's in Rutherford!

We had our daughters 4. Birthday party here and it was fantastic! The decorations were amazing, so many balloons and active they had goodie bags filled with fun and what children don't like a happy meal! The staff was really wonderful that they really made my daughter's birthday party and we had to relax and watch how the kids play at the playground was so beautiful and relaxing. What a stress-free party did they make for our daughter! Thank you for such a wonderful day that I would have 100% more children's birthday here again

Roast the rude middle aged female staff member who chose to argue with a customer when she didn’t know how to find an order made. TOAST to the manager for apologizing on behalf of her employee and for taking the time to listen, hear, understand and turn a frustrated customer into a satisfied one! Toast to the young lady working for being as kind as she was and not following the poor example set by one of her colleagues. Every business can have issues or problems how they deal with them defines them. Well done We will be back
