I visited a bustling restaurant and ordered a standard pita. When it was my turn, the woman preparing my pita struggled to close it, so she attempted a second one, but it was still not right. Eventually, I requested a bowl instead, and I was offered some rice to go with it. I was really pleased with the outcome.
