I ordered oatmeal with a toasted bun this morning, only to discover that the spoon I was given was dirty. The morning customer service was very rude. I've consistently experienced this issue.

I was quite surprised and a bit disheartened to walk into THorton's this morning and see that not a single employee was wearing a hockey jersey to honor the bus crash victims.

The service was exceptionally quick, and all the coffee products we ordered were outstanding!

My visit could have been just another typical experience at a busy Tim, but thanks to Gurpreet's exceptional service, hospitality, and assistance, it turned out to be one of the best experiences I've ever had. Gurpreet is truly committed to ensuring customers have a great time.
