LE CAPRI - Nancy

When we arrived we wanted to sit inside (too many wasps outside) and the waiter brought us all the way to the back to a very undesirable table right in front of the kitchen. I do not know if they try this because we were tourists but did not like this. We directly asked for another table and he brought us to a normal table. We had a nice lunch here. Both of us had a pasta dish which was very good.

As I seen in plates of my friends, pizza is good there. But my pasta with sea products was awful. Pasta was overcooked, almost no sea products. Never take it there! Surprisingly, other plates looked more than good

A way to judge an Italian restaurant is by its Carbonara: there should NOT be cream in it... The food was tasteless (fade and the service slow (it took us more than 15 minutes to try to pay and we were just about to leave when they finally arrived... . However, the staff responded accordingly to our criticism and offered us the possibility to have a digestif on the house. We therefore left rather happy, even though slightly hungry.

The one waiter that was working at the time I was there was pretty cool. Described to him the kind of pizza I wanted and it was pretty close to what i wanted. The service was quick. The pizza was great! The beer was cold. Dessert was delicious! I couldn’t of asked for more. I would eat there again. Would recommend to a friend.

Arrived for a late lunch of Verdura pizza. Our waitress was very friendly and spoke some English. We were not rushed out, even though the lunch hour was over. Pizza was excellent.
