SCANDANLEUX !!!! FUYEZ !!! 2H ATTENTION FOR A COMMANDE FOR 2 PERSONS We placed the order via Deliveroo at 11H, it was to be delivered between 11H45 and 12H05. After a very long wait this one ended up arriving at 13:30! More than 2H preparation for a small order for two people 10 min delivery). RESTAURANT PERSONNEL : INCOMPETANTS, DESAGREABLE AND MENTEURS At 12:00, I found that the order was still not ready and that the delivery had been postponed to 1235. So I phoned at the restaurant to find out where the order was, the restaurant manager told me that the order was already gone and that it was being delivered. I replied that on the Deliveroo application the order was always indicated as being in preparation, the manager told me that she had forgotten to validate the order to report that the deliveryman had recovered it. At 12:30, I see that the order is still marked "in progress" and that the delivery is pushed back to 13:00. So I remind the restaurant to ask if there is a problem because 30min before I was told that the order was on the way. The receptionist looked a little lost and spoke discreetly with her manager, she replied that the order was gone more than 30 minutes ago, that the deliveryman had a lot of commands and that therefore it would take time and that if the order is still marked “in progress” it is normal because there is a general problem with the Deliveroo app. Around 1:15, the delivery man calls me to tell him that he just picked up the order, at the same time the order status changes and indicates that it is being delivered, on the card I can see that the delivery man is in front of the restaurant. On the phone, the delivery guy said, “The restaurant manager told me that she lied to you by saying that the order was gone 1H while I just recovered it, I’ll be there in 12min,” I think he was afraid of having problems because of the restaurant. In short, the manager’s behavior is absolutely not professional, and it was unpleasant on the phone. With regard to food, in the Paris region you will find easily better, quality leaves to be desired...
