I had a galette with apples and cheese and my man had the Spanish galette with chorizo, egg and cheese. they were fabulous!
Beautiful modern creperie with seating outdoors. the galette and the cripple we ordered were very good, so the more likely.
I went there without previous search, I decided to go for a walk and look for a place that would look beautiful and la blanche hermine was almost full while the other restaurant was already almost empty (it was late 15 and franzosene eating. at 12-13). it has a really nice ambiente, I like the interieur, I felt comfortable there. they have formulas for about 8€ (simple galette sweet crêpe cidre) but I had a complet bretonne. it was good, just what I expected. they also have free water for the guests, which is quite normal in France.
Straightforward pancake house (both sweet and savoury) that does exactly what it should. Apparently I have not written enough so I must waffle although I don't think that they sell them here.
Beyond the fact that we accept at 9:30 a Saturday night in the air of a severe disturbance, the rest of the performance was at the height of our entrance...A waitress who prefers to tell us that she will take a "lightened" before taking the orders of the aperitives at a minimum. It's when we saw our plates coming, we had a lead. There was hardly enough crepes paste for 5. 2 fermières and a cheese all skinny. a charcutière we're still looking for the charcuterie. the only one who was out of the lot and didn't leave on his hunger, the guerrillas. products under cellophane and without any major gustative interest. When we told the boss that his cakes were missing material, he seemed surprised. Too bad. brief we chose to take dessert elsewhere.
