A small intimate restaurant with nice deco , smiling welcome , very good pizza , quick service a bemol prompts a little to order and leaves no much time to look at the menu but with the smile everything goes

Here's my experience back with this restaurant. I went there on Wednesday 2 August to have lunch with my 3 nephews and nieces (age between 7 and 13 years old). We were well received and quickly placed despite the fact that there are a lot of people. I ordered pizza and 3 bambino menus (the map is quite restricted I find to my taste but good, let's go). in this menu, there is a regina or spaghetti with white ham. on the 3 children, one took the pizza and the other two of the spaghetti. the order was taken quickly and the drinks served in the aftermath. It was then that it was spoiled. We waited for more than an hour to serve these 4 dishes and again, the spaghetti (nearly warm) arrived well before the pizzas which makes us eat in decay. for dishes, pizzas are correct but no more but very disappointed with white spaghetti/jambon. one of the plates had no sauce and the other was swimming in. this dish being very simple, I expected something else in quality! Then we had to claim 3 times of water, the dessert (the ice of the bambino menu) was served while we were in the toilet and since only one was in service, when we came back, the ice was already well melted! So in normal time, I wouldn't have allowed the children to leave the table before the end of the meal, but since we've been here for 1:30 and they never complained about the wait for their dishes, we left the table. In short, the only interest of this restaurant is the location (before posting this message, I expressed my remarks to a waitress, answer = "this noon we gave everything !"). and know that if you don't have the staff for, you may have to think of refusing the world to ensure a correct quality of service because all your customers are not tourists of passage, so you have to think of doing what it takes to get local customers back!!!
