Very slow service. Lack of obvious staff. Yet it was far from complete. The dishes served were not copyy and not top. The wine on the map was no longer available. In the past we enjoyed going to this brewery but it is certain that we will not go back. Too bad it is well located. .

The reception of officials was not at all professional. With disrespectful behavior and free misfortune.

Plat : part of the butcher with fries : simplissima and yet not good. Hard meat and fries seem frozen. Fortunately, dessert was better. The cheesecake was really good.

Two ladles of purée a chick peas with meat or fish. All served in a cold plate, dessert: no better, frozen and whipped. It's no use decorating the plates, it's even ridiculous.

I wanted to thank all the people of Usine who allowed my daughter to celebrate her 18 years just like a dream. All the ingredients were gathered to make this evening a magical, unforgettable moment that delighted all the 20 guests present tonight and especially my daughter for whom it was a surprise. A warm welcome, a delicious aperitif-tapas with refined amuses-bouches, consequent, a delicious paëlla served at the table that created the surprise, a sparkling dessert with delicious cakes served on trolley, an irreproachable and fast service despite the large customers this evening and highly respected sanitary rules. The party would not have been at its peak without Deejay Kamer who thanks to the choice of his musical programming made us dance the whole evening while programming the requested music that has swept my daughter's existence. I tend to say that I am a perfectly imperfect parent, but tonight I have entrusted and I have made the organization to professionals who have done and put all their hearts in it so that this evening will remain forever grave in the mind and heart of my daughter and all those who were present this evening, that was the essential thing and it is for you that I owe it. Thank you very much for having us dreamed. Everything was perfect.
