Red Lobster - Nanuet

I went to this restaurant to celebrate Mother's Day and my cousin's birthday. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I really hope the rumors about the restaurant being closed due to selling fake lobster are false. If it turns out to be true, I will be asking for a refund. I am extremely disappointed.

Ordering takeout from this restaurant was a very lengthy and frustrating process. They ran out of certain items, resulting in having to change my order or sides. By the time I received my food, it was mostly cold as it had been sitting for an hour and a half before I could leave with my order. To make matters worse, some items were missing from my bag, so I had to go back to retrieve them. In the future, I will be sure to double-check my order before leaving, as something as simple as a sauce for a dish was forgotten.
