UNACCEPTABLE. The order took 40 minutes to arrive and when I called I was told that there was no order but after searching they found it. Also, the sandwich was very small and did not have the ingredients I wanted and the fries were frozen. I do NOT prefer it to anyone Food: 1 Service: 1
