Fast friendly service .... food was good and service was great !!!

Wonderful staff, very helpful ?I asked for my order to be placed in a paper bag with handles, as I was using a cane at the time, and they were very accommodating to my request. I was surprised that the staff even held the door open for me to exit the premises. They didn't have automatic access for disabled access. I will be back...thank you for the help.

This was our first time having an A&W breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised. Lately, Tims and Mc D's have not been what they used to be. Tim Hortons in particular! Quality of Tim Hortons food and preparation has hit an all time low in my opinion and if I have an option I always choose something else. This breakfast was great! The English muffin was actually toasted and there was a real egg on it. Who know A&W has such great coffee!!!! I wish I had one in my home town! The only draw back is the make-up air system in the building is not keeping up. The doors are dangerously difficult to open and there were no automatic doors for people with accessible needs

Stood there in store waiting to get served one person doing drive through and in restaurant. Kept serving drive through not good service. Left without being served and someone else behind me also looking fed

I walked in and nobody greeted me, there was nobody inline in front of me. i waited 5 minutes while various staff walked by, made their own coffees, stood around sipping same coffees and nobody acknowledged me the entire time. there were 5 staff that looked at me at various times and just ignored me. i walked out after waiting and gave up.
