Burger King - Naperville

The restaurant is supposed to be open until midnight, but all the lights are off and they are already closed by 11:15.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. They serve soggy, lukewarm nuggets and a barely warm burger and fries that lack flavor. This has been my experience every time I visit. I've given them multiple chances to improve, but they have failed to do so.

Awful service! The person who took my order had a terrible attitude. They shouldn't even have a job. Good luck!

Worker told me strawberry shake was not available and refused to refund me saying they can't since it's an online order. Wth? Will contact the bank to file a chargeback.

The overall quality of Burger King atmosphere and food has been dropping consistently over the years in my opinion.Many times you can even tell by the clientele inside Burger King as opposed to McDonald's let's say. Don't get me wrong, I don't love McDonald's either but for some reason I feel they have been going in the right direction while Burger King goes in the opposite direction.One good thing about this location is their renovation. It used to be pretty dumpy but they made it look much better inside now.The person you will be served by inside is a hit or miss in terms of quality. I've been here many times and sometimes it's downright terrible while others are very accommodating.I think the only main claim to fame that Burger King has left is the Whopper. Everything else is getting meh...
