If I could give this dump one star I would. I decided it would be a nice getaway trip for my kids. So of course when I arrived my kids were obviously very excited. Not that I minded they were excited, it was nice to see them so happy for a place they love. But the second I walked in we were greeted by a rude employee. I didn?t catch their name, but it wasn?t very nice to be crudely ignored by a teenager. They told me to keep my kids calm and basically told them to not be excited even though they are little kiddos ready to play some arcade games like any other kid would be. I ignored this action of the employee and decided to go on with my day. It got worse when I ordered pizza for my kids and when the pizza arrived, it came with a bug! What kind of establishment is this? The pricing and games don?t bug me but the fact I found an INSECT in my kids? pizza is outrageous. I called a manager over to my table to ask what the heck is wrong with this place and I was spit on and called many nasty names. I will never be returning. DONT COME HERE!
I had a birthday. Many machines didn't work. You have stamped your hands to make sure your child goes out with the right adult, but the person who stamped it with so little care that my daughters hand 't have a recognizable number on him when we leave. So they just looked at me and then said well and let us through. It's my responsibility to keep my child safe, so I'm just telling you that you can't trust that your child will not be kidnapped.
I didn't like the change of the loadable cards. The card itself is $3 and the bracelet is $2. So $5 only to start, then pay $55 for 2 hours game. Imagine if you have 4 children! You look over $200 to play. This does not include food. Make sure you're full before you get here!
My 6 year old daughter's first time at a school mate's birthday party and her first time at Chuck E. Cheese. She was pretty overwhelmed with all the noises and lights(but she has a history of being kind of sensitive to lights and loud noises, and of course I forgot her headphones but she liked most of the games and the rides as well. She had a good time! The person who's in charge of telling you how many tickets you've won and how many are left after purchasing stuff at the counter was SUPER helpful and really nice! I didn't catch his name but he had short braids and was really young(I'm so sorry I didn't get your name! . The rest of the staff I could tell was really helpful as well.
