Cold Stone Creamery - Naperville

Enjoyed this place for years and a great concept. I remember when they first opened and there were long lines that people were willing to stand in for the great ice cream. I’m happy and surprised they made it through a COVID but the harshness of downtown ice cream businesses that have come and gone. A bit pricey but explainable based on the location.

Probably the best ice that loves the whole family. many aromes we can't find anywhere. definitiw to get our first choice in the ice.

Worst experience I faced in this cold stone shop!!!! I ordered the customised cake for my daughter birthday three days earlier in this store to pick up. One day before birthday evening i went to shop to pickup the cake,They said sorry!!!! We gave order to make this cake outside. But,they didn't handover to us and started saying they will refund my money back...I felt very bad in-front of my daughter in that situation.. seeing her face on that time.. Please don't order vacation typed cakes Don't face this type of situation as like i faced.......

This has to be the worst experience I've ever experienced at a Cold Stone. I place an order three weeks in advance they had no problem taking my money. The day the cake is supposed to be done for my daughter's birthday I'm driving 45 minutes to this location. About 10 minutes away they call me and told me they're unable to fulfill the order literally 10 minutes before pick up time. With no sense of urgency to rectify the problem all they do is offer me a refund they don't care they put me out almost 2 hours of driving round-trip. Thank God for DairyQueen because they solved the problem and I was able to get my daughter her cake on her birthday. I'll never go back here ever again this is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had!

Overpriced. They also advertise a plant-based alternative shake using chocolate Silk Almondmilk, but mindnumbingly include dairy milk for the shake. When I questioned if using almondmilk was an option, they said no because that's how they're instructed to make it. Seems like a ridiculous oversight.
