Cress Creek Reservations - Naperville

After booking this venue and planning my wedding based on this venue, I was informed that the wedding coordinator McKenna double booked events and told me that I can no longer have my wedding at their space. This was after I mailed out save the dates and booked vendors. McKenna is completely incompetent and unprofessional in how she handled the situation. She offered me a 10% discount, which is not even half the gratuity they require, and refused to negotiate any higher than that. I have read bad reviews about this place and I should have listened to them. I advise any couple considering this venue to choose another place. It is not worth the hassle and incompetence of dealing with McKenna, who is clearly very young and new at this, and does not know how to properly manage a wedding. She is inadequate at handling weddings and poor at communicating with clients. Do not waste your time here.

Absolutely the best place in Naperville to golf, swim, socialize, and play tennis! A great facility with friendly people and a great staff!

This club is the finest family friendly club in Naperville. Wonderful staff and comfortable surroundings.
