Happy Lamb Hot Pot, Naperville

Excellent broth, great selection of meats, veggies and noodles. Service is wonderful. 5th star comes when you clean around your heating elements. With all the chopsticks on hand there's no reason you can break one in half and scrape this nasty out. We ate at opening, 1130a, on a Saturday.

Awesome hot pot experience. A friend recommended this place for food but had warned us about the service. We were happily surprised to see our welcoming and friendly server, Aliza. She gave us her recommendations on what to try given so many options, answered all our questions and was attentive and prompt in checking for additional food/ broth/ tongs even on a busy Friday evening. We'll surely visit the place again!

First time coming here since we’re on a vacation from out of town. Looked at a few places and this one seems to have the better review than most. Decided to gave this place a try. I would say the quality of the broth was very good. We got the half and half which is the marrow broth and the spicy marrow broth. I would give this a 4/5. The spicy broth is not as flavorful as the original bone broth. The meat quality is pretty good with what we ordered. We got the marbled lamb, premium beef, and a bunch of veggies. I would rate the quality of meat 4/5. Service at this location is probably not the best. Like what a lot of reviewers mentioned, service is super slow. Server took our order and then that’s it. It took a long time before the server comes back to check on us or if there’s any more we want to order. When we were there it was semi busy, but it just take 5 seconds to check on your table. I rate service 3/5. We still have server 20% tip for 4 people. To summarize, food was good. Make sure you order all that you want to eat since service is slow. We spend a good 20 minutes waiting for our next order.

This was a suggestion from a friend and boy did it pay off. The food was never ending (it was a buffet) we had the spicy and basic broth. The meats where top notch and the veggies where great. A must go to place. The also had other things besides the buffet style.

Good there were a few sour moments during my visit! First, we had to move tables because there is a huge gnat infestation. I spent more time swatting the flies around my food then actually eating. Second, during my second round I didn’t even get my broth refilled until a good 20 minutes after getting all of my raw meat and vegetables. Mind you There were flies around during this time! I have videos of the flies if anyone needs them!
