Mcdonald's - Naperville

Almost food facilities like these have made a hit with a job shortage and it shows in their slow service and lack of precision. nothing drives me more crazy than coming home after using Drive-Thru and finding the order is not correct. mcdonalds ei mcmuffins and similar were superior, while their burger meat quality is over the years downhill.

That's always my last resort mcdonalds. they are consistently terrible. they are soou slow and always get the order wrong. I always try to give them a chance, but they remain disappointed! I hate this one's closest when he's out of the east side. the dining room is always closed. I have these mcdonalds with a passion.

A pretty solid experience except for a few things. Went through the drive-thru and the order taker seemed very rushed, but I understand that a lot of times corporate can be on them for drive thru times so I really wasn’t bothered by that. Man at the payment window was very nice and double checked the order and it all sounded right. As for the food, it was good but the special requested burger wasn’t correct. I haven’t come to this McDonalds consistently so I can’t comment on whether or not this is a recurring issue. Came back and it was promptly replaced, so no complaints there!

The place is neat and clean. However I had bad experience about the orders almost all the times. They have replaced the order with different burgers, gave unsalted fries on few occasions including today’s. I think I will choose any other available Place over this one. Now I am waiting to get my fries since past mins while my burgers are getting cold.Feels like I wasted my money and time.

Overpriced and charged me cents for a piece of cheese. Really McDonald's going down
